You know? You really have to be careful now adays. With the emegence of new technologies, a lot of guys are going to be forced into the trades and not everyone who shows up in an SUV with a box full of tools knows what they're doing. Don't get me wrong; some, if not most of them are good guys. However, I could tell you stories of homeowners hiring guys at what seemed to be a great price only to have their guy disappear halfway through the job!

This is what is important to us... We love our clients! I like the feeling of knowing that if a client hires us, they've chosen an outfit that is going to look out for their best interest. We keep the job site clean. This includes dust mitigation because I wouldn't want my home to become a free-for-all construction site and I know you wouldn't either. Everything is in writing. There is an old saying in construction, 'Keep a friend, get it in writing'. And finally, The IRC (International Residential Code) is canon. There might be easier, cheaper ways to do a job but code guarantees success and I'd rather be able to look you in the eye and tell you, "I guarantee my work". It helps me sleep better at night.
